Job Description

HiMama is looking for hard-working and ambitious people that are looking for a place where their ambitions will be recognized and rewarded.

If you’re not feeling fully satisfied in your work, you should. HiMama is a place where you can work alongside your friends in the HiMama family while making positive change in the world. If this sounds interesting to you, then you and HiMama could be a match made in heaven.

As a Community Advisor in the HiMama family, you amplify the amazing work of early childhood professionals who play a critical role in our society, managing the health, well-being and development of our youngest, most precious people.

HiMama is made up of leaders who are committed to improving learning outcomes for children aged zero to five. Our ideal applicant gets up in the morning excited to connect with new people and has a tendency to excel in whatever project they take on. Hustle is what this company was built on. Good people are what make it shine.

STEP 1 - LEARN THE ROLE WITH 3 MONTHS OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING:

  • Research child care programs online to learn more about their philosophies, pedagogies and propensity to adopt innovative technologies.

  • Contact decision makers - owners, directors and supervisors of child care and early learning programs - to discuss their needs and pain points.

  • Chat with interested early childhood professionals so they can learn more about the benefits of our early learning solution.

  • Apply your problem solving skills to understand if our app is a good fit for the early childhood professionals you speak with.

  • Book online demonstrations with Account Executives for qualified child care programs.

  • Celebrate your success daily, weekly and monthly in team huddles, one-on-one coaching and company-wide celebrations.

STEP 2 - APPLY YOUR TRAINING AS A FULLY-FLEDGED COMMUNITY ADVISOR:

  • Upon successful completion of your three month training program, you will officially graduate to be a fully-fledged Community Advisor.

  • As a Community Advisor, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from calling leads to qualifying prospects and closing accounts.

  • Be accountable for your monthly sales quota and build out a thorough pipeline to ensure that targets will be successfully achieved.

  • Negotiate agreements with prospects and keep accurate records of sales and other pertinent information in our CRM (Salesforce).

  • Celebrate your success daily, weekly and monthly in team huddles, one-on-one coaching and company-wide celebrations.

IF YOU’RE INTRIGUED, SEE IF YOU AGREE WITH THESE STATEMENTS!

  • I have 1-2 years of working experience.

  • I like to learn new things.

  • I have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • I’m a good person that treats other people with respect.

  • I’m ambitious, I work hard, and I play to win.

  • I’m confident, but not arrogant.

THAT’S ME! BUT WHY SOULD I JOIN THE HIMAMA FAMILY?

  • We have a compassionate and supportive team culture where you’ll make friends while working hard together as a team.

  • We have flexible work hours in a friendly, including pet friendly, environment – some of our furry friends include Harley, Nala and Zoe.

  • There are health and dental benefits and premiums are 100% on HiMama, not you.

  • We celebrate success with daily huddles, weekly social activities, and monthly team celebrations – we work hard and play hard.

  • There are dedicated career paths for our team with increases in base salary, bonuses and stock options so you can even be part owner in the company.

  • Your compensation is a base salary PLUS uncapped commission AND you get $1,000 bonus just for making it through your 3 months of training.
